For the Creative Warm-Up, here's some ideas about what to have on hand:

Note: If all you have is a journal, pen and some colored pencils or markers, that is ALL you need. Fancy supplies are not necessary. We encourage you not to buy anything new but use what you have on hand.

• A journal
• A pen you love to write with
• Art supplies - acrylic, watercolor, markers, pencils, crayons or whatever colorful supplies you love to play with
• Collage supplies - collage bits, magazine images, handmade paper, glue stick or matte medium, scissors, washi tape, etc.
• Zentangle® supplies - black Micron pen (or other fine tip pen you love), pencil, smudge stick
